Yes and no…there are flavors and textures in the sushi that simply aren’t there once the fish is cooked.

Good sushi is very fresh and doesn’t taste “fishy” at all, and it’s tremendous with a dip of soy sauce and wasabi.

Every time I’d eat a bite, Joey and I would grin and say ‘waaaaSABI’.

Wasabi is good.
